hi,not sure why you need to know but as far as i know there is no such thing as registered disabled anymore. Councils used to keep the "register"
"Registering as a disabled person

If your disability is 'substantial and permanent', you can register as a disabled person with your local council.

It is not necessary to register to get local council services, but it may help in getting concessions such as reduced fares for public transport. It should also help your local council plan their services.

Your local social services department should be able to help you complete the registration form if necessary."

If you haven't registered with your local council, you are not registered disabled.
'How Do I find out if I am registered as a disabled person?' is your question I assume. Who do you think you might be registered with? If you are registered you will have had to attend assessments presumably arranged with or without comsultation with your GP. have you had such an assessment anywhere?
If you are in receipt of Disability Living Allowance it is taken that you are registered as disabled for VAT purposes as local councils no longer keep a register.
