she's in hospital.. taken a turn for the worst and the doctors have given her days.. I'm 4 hours away.. (or six if you count the idiot on the M40 last week crashing his car.. how inconsiderate!).. Anyhoo..off down south tomorrow.. I expect to be a half orpan by next weekend.. how sad..
Sorry to read that hippyhoppy. Mind how you drive and have a safe journey. How far down south?
In my thoughts hippyxxx
best of luck with the traffic, hope you get there in time. Sometimes these parents are better fighters than we think x
will be thinking of you, hh xxx
Well - I live in Derby (unforunately!) and Mum is in Horsham, west sussex.. Going via Cheltenham to collect middle sis so probably 5 hours on the motorways on a Friday night.. Sounds like Fun!
Stop thinking so negatively, doctors are not God. Miracles do happen...

hi society you cant help but think negative thoughts believe me
the traffic may be ok at this time of night and not a holiday weekend. x
good luck tomorrow hippy xx
Society - it's a bit more complicated.. she's had cancer for EVER.. but hasn't been able to have treatment whilst is hospital because of her calcium levels in her blood (not sure I even know what that means!!).. so it's taken a firm grip and isn't letting go..
