A girl cried 'rape' and has got off with community service !

The judge decreed that this girl had "underlying problems" (don't we all) but we don't go out and blame some poor innocent bloke for it!
She'd read somewhere she could get £7,500 for being a victim, my point is this guy although innocent, is branded a rapist by the doubters, the only saving grace to this, she was named !
I feel very sorry for the young man and his family.

about 19 I believe, she was coming out of a night club and was caught on CCTV pulling this guy into the toilets for sex, the CCTV footage apparently saved him !

This poor lad and his family are shattered; I just hope that he is young enough to put all this behind him and can make decent relationships with women in the future...
