There are a very few therapists who are trained to use massage to reduce lymphoedema - if you can't get to this then try the prescription elastic stockings - your doc will say which sort - but especially lots of walking while you have the compression socks on.
hi,

if you suffer from fluid retention in your lower limbs then the circulation booster v3 by high tech health is excellent for this. Think of your calf muscles as your second heart; due to gravity and poor circulation, fluid pools around the ankles, legs and feet. The circulation booster v3 by high tech health uses EMS - electrical muscle stimulation to stimulate the nerve endings in the soles of your feet. These are connected to your calf msucles which acutally contract and release to force the fluid to disperse and improve sluggisg circulation.

my brother in-law has gout, this swells up and becomes very painful so he has started using circulation booster v3 from high tech health - this device has dramatically reduced the amount of fluid in his lower limbs...

circulation booster v3 is a CLASS IIA MEDICAL DEVICE -not a toy - the technology has been proven and it's recommended by Dr Chris Steel. You have nothing to lose.. with a 30 day money back guarantee give it a go - you've tried everything else... it worked for my brother in law who is most sceptical of people.. hope this helps
I suffer from Lymphoedema terribly and terrible shooting pains in my calves and feet. The swelling used to be terrible. I purchased a Circulation Booster in October of last year and it works a treat. I couldnt live without it now. I use it for 30 minutes everyday in the evening and the swelling seems to have gone down. I walk up the stairs now, and although I still get a little pain, it is nowhere near what it used to be. I was swayed by the one on the TV as it has the money back guarantee and you can get your VAT back. There are some other ones I found on the internet when researching but most of them dont have the medical certificates. If you are paying out for it you want to make sure it does what it says. I would definitely recommend one.

Good Luck
