I find it really hard to relax, think the only time i am really relaxed is when i'm asleep, even find it hard to relax in a bath, wondered if there was any music which i could listern to which may help. tia.

There are loads of new-age type ambient sounds eg this shop sells online: http:www.shopzodiac.co.uk - but you really need to address the reason(s) why you can't relax for anything at all to work for you. Is there someone you can talk this through with?

thank you for your reply will give the website a try, i dont really know who to talk to about it apart from the doctors and i dont really think they will be interested.
