if you're in a cool bar you won;t need suncream, until you have to walk from the bar to the pool, i would find a pool with an undercover swim up bar, it makes things so much less complicated.

In actual fact, as you are on holiday, ditch the G&T and explore some of the exotic cocktails wholst you are away, you can have a G&T at home and they won't be very thurst quenching in the hot sun. try a daquiri

You'll still need sun cream in the pool unless it's all covered - so best you have a few cocktails - then reapply sun cream and leave pool - no near death experiences in pool - continue drinking cocktails and relax til following day.

Nannyjill, I have been advised not too ride a camel after putting on lard and drinking dothawkes daquiri?
I'm ok on the cocktails and the shaded pool, what comes after is down to the pharoes or daquiri's x
