Use this time to have time to get to know yourself again before rushing in2 another relationship.
What about joining some groups are going to college? There are alot of courses now where they provide childcare.
I am newly single too but am bit older than you with a 3 year old. I work full time so put alot of my energy into my job and focus on mine and my son's life.
You need to focus on positives and being happy x
Good luck xx
Do I need to see somene or just get over it?

Get over what? Im a bit confused, do you mean get over being without your daughters dad or the being lonely part?

Despite the fact that your now a single mum, it doesnt mean that your life is over! I dont know what your circumstances are, but could you maybe get a part time job and get your family to babysit for you, or maybe babysit nown again on a saturday so you can go out with your friends and get abit of time to yourself to be you again....if not, you could always invite your friends round for dinner and share a bottle of wine or two, that way you will be able to catch up and wont feel like your missing out.

You say you feel sick n tired all the time, when your baby has a sleep, you should have a little cat nap too, theres nothing worse than when your feelin down and your tired with it, just makes you moodier.

Dont fret about haing to do it all on yor own, it'll make you a stronger person!

Bes of luck x
There is good chance you have been suffering from postnatal depression. This probably also contributed to the breakdown of your relationship. You don't love him and you don't love yourself. Talk to your doctor.
