swine flu - is it always accompanied by high fever?

i've read 38deg c or more is one of the indicators but...if a person has mild flu - temp of only 37, just achey limbs and tiredness and headache is it possible they have a MILD case and as such could be a carrier?

Very, very unlikely....temp of 37degC is normal.
H1N1 infection is a nonstarter.
