Why does my urine have a uniqe odour when I've eaten asparagus??

This IS a serious question - has any one else noticed this ?? Found an interesting post in the Food & Drink section about it - are there many other perople who will admit to it , or am i one of the "special" people??!! I think that it's also a sign of genius.......... :) Interesting link about this

Yes, it happens to me, my husband, and my son - but not my husband's mother. I don't know why. In the previous question about this, someone said that about half of all people get this.
