Has any-one tried this method of weight loss?

Does it work?

What kind of food can you eat? Is it weird and wonderful dishes or basic foodstuffs and ''normal'' meals.

I'm not too mean to send off for the programme, but before I do would like feedback from real people.

The only thing that will work longterm, is eating less than you normally do and choosing healthier more balanced options. Along with that, exercising 3-4 times per week for one hour, combining a cardiovascular routine with a resistance training programme.
