If you are the type of person who tends to snack between meals, eat a lot of chocolate and fatty foods, is it possible to lose weight relatively quickly if you stop snacking between meals and eating sweets and fatty foods? I feel like I could easily do it if I just know that I can lose weight from it.

Yes! Because you are reducing the overall amount of calories you usually have! I have always lost the most weight simply by eating 3 meals a day. No snacks, no pudding. Although Mullerlights are good.
Going to slimming world as really helped me and I snack on fruit if I need something in between
Im doing SW,you're never hungry and Im eating a KitKat right now as part of my "Syns". You're allowed 15 syns to have some treats.
If you only eat fresh, unprocessed food you will lose weight. AND, you can eat as much as you like! Just remember if it has has something 'done' to it don't eat it.
If you snack on easily digestible foods you will gain weight.

Try snacking on nuts & raisins. Nuts take more digesting so make the body work harder, the raisins ease & energise you. Try it for a week & see how it works for you.
You just need to eat less fat, snack on fruit and veg, and exercise more and the weight will fall off, you need to eat food that will give you the energy, but not the fats, try to eat healthily, and do a little excercise as well, you'll be surprised how quickly you can lose the weight, I did it, and I have very little willpower, you just need to change the things you put into your mouth! Good Luck with it..................welsh
Definitely! A friend of mine is dieting at the mo, and she was told that just by cutting out the butter you would normally have in a daily sandwich, you would lose 10lbs over a year, I know that doesn't sound much, but when you add that to all the other fatty foods you could probably cut down on, the weight loss would soon add up. Go for it and good luck!
cutting out bread is good too and drinking lots of water
