I seem to be getting urethral discharge which I think is semen and not urine short of padding, it leaves stains, any suggestions.

Yes......could be a STD....go to the GU Clinic.

That's what I thought, an STD. Does this dishcharge have a foul odour too?

sounds like chlamydia. Azithromicin for 5 days should sort it out (not that I am an expert or anything)
