This really works - acetone (nail polish remover) dabbed on. & dont drink from public cups/glasses - insist on disposables.
yes stay in your house. they are repulsive.
See you doctor on tuesday and tell him. You can take tablets for it.
my sister in law has suffered for about 15 years with them, and she tends to get them during her period. after trying loads od treatments, she carries on with her pill for another month, and that works! obviously if ur a girl lol.... but she's found recently that germalene works a treat! something as simple as that!
"Pus and blood?" don't sound like cold sores to me!
Try......IMPETIGO........this is a bacterial infection and requires antibiotic cream.
I use pure tea tree oil when I feel a cold sore coming on - I think the worse stage is when they scab over (especially if on the lip area) - every time you smile, they split open and bleed and tend to go all gooey.

I think thats what you mean by the pus and blood !

I have suffered with these most of my life.
Go to Holland and Barrett or similar and buy 1000mg tablets of Lysine.
Take 2 as soon as you feel the tingle and one the next day.
It should clear up ok.
The only thing to work for me.

IT REALLY WORKS.
I agree with cab :-)
I have Zovirax in my bathroom so as soon as I feel that tingling and you can feel something going on slap a tiny bit on and it stops it in its tracks -literally...and even if you don't catch it early enough it still stops it getting any worse...
