Hi - It's my first wedding anniversary on Monday and I'm looking for inspiration for a thoughtful and inexpensive gift.

How about a putting a photo album together. Start one end with your family photos (parents, grandparents etc) and the other end with your partners. Meet in the middle with your photos together, wedding day photos, copy of marriage certificate, photos of kids (if any).

Create a book of vouchers that can be used (eg a home cooked 3 course meal (if you don't normally cook), a week of no (insert a hated chore), etc etc.  You should figure on about 12-15, and if you use your imagination, it could be fun for you too!
