Hello
I read somewhere that sudocrem is really effective for spots. How are you meant to apply it? I don't want to leave it on overnight and get it allover my pillow!

Hi L,
yes it's very good. Put some on before going to bed, use an old pillowcase to cover your good one. The only thing is it takes a bit of washing off in the morning & you might look like 'Casper' when you go to bed! x
Sudocrem is a magic cream that cures tons of things.

Just put a small bit on the spot and rub it in. Toothpaste can dry out a spot - but I haven't tried it so I can't say if it works or not.

I use clearasil stay clear pads - they are a little rough and they gently exfoliate the skin as well as give it a good clean.

Like every thing else it is just a matter of trial and error.

Good luck.
i find it good too - depends how big the area is but I have dotted it on a spot for a short time before bed and it soaks in ok. Not got on my bedding.
