do pregnant woman lose their looks ?

my wife is heavily pregnant,,she has lost her good looks and has put on loads of weight,,is this normal,,she was very beautifull before , a real stunner but shes lost it,i hope she gets her looks back,her face has ballooned up really big and she doesnt look the same,,off course i still think shes attractive and i love her with all of my heart but i just want my wife back the way she used to look...

in the last stages of pregnancy a lot of women balloon, dont be alarmed as after the birth she will gradually come back to normal, it does not happen overnight so dont get disheartened, getting her stunning looks back may not be the thing she is focussing on the most with a new baby to care for, just be supportive and patient.

Perhaps when she has had the baby and gets back to her pre-pregnancy self - she may look at you and think 'god what did I see in him' - hormones do funny things to us women !!!!

That's pretty harsh.
Maybe she thinks you have lost your looks overtime and is speaking to people about that. How would that make you feel??
I suggest you don't mention it to her. She is bound to lose the weight after the baby, but if she knew you had said that, she is unlike to feel the same about you again.....
