Love this but have not a clue how to make it. Or could anybody recommend buying a jar or whatever. Thanks for your replies.

This one takes a bit longer, but it's delish!

Chicken (if not using left over chicken, fry fresh chicken for about 8 mins over medium heat)
Carrots/garden peas/mushrooms/onion/sweetcorn
half pckt dried chicken soup & 3/4 pint (approx) chicken stock
plain flour, salt, pepper, butter, milk
Tarragon - a must!

Fry onions, mushrooms & carrots until soft; in a seperate pan mix the flour with the butter, salt & pepper into a smooth paste; add milk gradually & bring to the boil stirring constantly. Once thickened, add the tarragon, chicken stock & chicken soup, stirring constantly. Once thickened, add to the vegetables & cooked chicken. Simmer slowly, add garden peas & sweetcorn & stir occaisonly, leave around 20-30 mins simmering time.

This is a homemade recipe, so my apologies for not including weights of ingredients as I just throw it in as I go. I serve this with white rice, or sometimes I put it in a pie with a puff pastry lid - the veg is optional and you can change to suit, also it is nice with ham added or with turkey and ham (if using ham, use less tarragon) - its absolutely delish.
