yes!!! it is meant to be very good for pregnant woman, though it has to be done by a qualfied reflexologist that can 'work' on pregnant woman! i think a standard price is about 30 for about 45 mins, i so wanted to have reflexology but never had the spare cash! Though it is really meant to help with handling labour! My local reflexologists was qualified to 'work' on pregnant woman so it may be worth while checking your local one out!!! Good luck!!
Yes it is, but if you're concerned about the labour, you should try raspberry leaf tea, three times a day, from being about six and a half to seven months pregnant - not before 6 months.
It was recommended to my sister, who then recooemded it to me, and I've passed the tip on to lots of friends. It's worked in every case. I had two natural births, with no pain relief. It really wasn't needed.

Thanks Kat and Ice.

So Ice, was your labour not very painful, or as painful as it could have been?

I might try the Raspberry Leaf Tea. Does it taste ok and is it widely available?
