I motivate myself by hanging a juicy cooked pot roat from the ceiling, and everytime I come up from doing a sit up I take a bite. Mmmmmmmmmm
The best workout is to actually do the sit ups .Make sure you warm up properly and do some stretches first then get on the floor and do the sit ups you don't have to do the full sit ups first just raise your shoulders as far off the ground as you can see how many you can manage then rest then do some more until youve had enough. The next time you come to do it try to beat your first score after a week or so when you have got used to it set yourself a reasonable target to beat and push yourself until you beat it.
