I did, and I sympathise because the more you worry, the more your throat constricts with tension, making your fear more likely to become a reality! A simple solution is to fill your mouth full with water, keep your mouth closed, tip your head forward, bending at the waist, open your lips wide enough to insert the tablet, and close your lips again. You will feel the tablet float in the water, then throw your head back, and the whole lot will slip down into your stomach, water, tablet, the lot. Take a couple of deep breaths through your nose to relax yourself before the head-tip, and you should find everything works fine. It may take a couple of tries before you are relaxed enough, but it does work, promise!
