Does anyone know about this subject? I am 28 and had a few abnormal smears which has lead to having cells removed off my cervix a couple of times... I also have one ovary.. but despite all the bad luck - I am in good working order! But I do not want children certainly for the next few good years, and think because of my history maybe this is something I should look into? Does anyone know if I have to pay or where to go? I heard a whisper that if I donate my eggs i may be able to have my eggs frozen for free???

Hi, Belliot.

There was a lady on GMTV the other morning who had just frozen her eggs as she wasn't yet ready for babies. She was something in sports (I dunno!) and was hoping to make it to the 2012 Olympics, so wanted to put everything else on hold.

I'm sure she said it was around 2000 to have her eggs actually frozen and then another 100 or so per year until she needs them. I've had a look back on the GMTV website, but can't seem to to find any more info than that, sorry.
Think I have the answer to your 'whisper'!! I found it!!!!
