I am booked in to go for a consultation with Transform to organise having breast enlargement surgery. I was wondering whether anyone had had any surgery (particularly breast enlargement) with Transform? What were your experiences of them? Would you recommend them?
Also, if you have had breast enlargement surgery with another organisation, how was it? Would you highly recommend the organisation?
Many thanks!

Have you asked your GP to recommend a surgeon?

That would be my first port of call.

Yeah, he recommended someone on BUPA. But i know someone who had the procedure done at Transform and her breasts look really natural and are really well done. I will go for the consultation next week and see what kind of feel i get for Transform. Then maybe will go for a consultation with the BUPA hospital if Im not completely happy.
You are good enough just the way you are, you know.

I'm sure you're aware that you'll have to go through it all again in a few years.
Don't think you just have to see the one surgeon. It's always best to go through recommendation. Incidentally, Transform are one of the biggest providers of Cosmetic Surgery in this country and have completely turned around their service over the last 10 years, having had bad coverage and reports of bad surgeons and practices.

I wouldn't worry so much about the organisation, but moreso the surgeon. Always research the surgeon who will be carrying out your procedures. Surgeons do not work for transform or similar companies, but on behalf of them.

I've not had a breast enlargement, but have had Liposuction twice, scar revision surgery and cosmetic fillers all with a consultant at Profile Cosmetic Surgery. His name is Lawry Iregbulem and he has had lots of good press coverage and I've seen the work he does with breast implants, all of which have great results.

I received a very personal service and good aftercare from Lawry and his co-ordinator Cheryl and would highly recommend them.

Hi I 've had a breast enlargement with a surgeon from my local private hospital though not transform. I did however go to a consultation at Transform but didn't feel the surgeon was as 'nice' as the one I chose.
It all depends on how you feel at the consultation. You will know when you meet the surgeon whether you would like him to operate on you or not! I would have at least 1 more consultation though and go with whoever you feel is best. That might not necessarily be the cheapest though and be wary of anyone who says you can go as big as you want! You can't unless you want to look like Jordan. A good surgeon will advise you on what will look natural for your size. Good luck.
I don't think it's wrong for a woman to choose cosmetic surgery if she thinks it'll sort out a genuine problem, but if it's just to make yourself "feel better", then I agree with Ethel. My friend had breast implants, which lasted for about 8 years, but I'm afraid that NONE of them look natural, as there's no natural sway when you walk, and no natural slide when you lay down. Most men prefer a woman who's as nature intended, but if you don't feel good about yourself to begin with, the surgery isn't going to change that much. Good luck if you decide to go ahead with it, but I'm sure that you actually look nice as you are. x
There may be few complications after surgery, like ace backache, shoulder pain, muscle pain because of those extra kilos in your body so before you move for a breast reduction surgery.
Consult clearly with your surgeon and tell him about your wish and desire. Explain what will be the size of your breast, nipple and give him accurate information. Your surgeon will say the whole procedure of breast reduction surgery and warn you about the complications. Your surgeon may do a mammogram before surgery. Media URL: http://www.triactol.com/
