I go thru periods like that hun...I sometimes think that being on your own makes things worse.......there isnt anyone to take some of the burden from you ,or to help you see things in perspective.

Have you thought of doing any volunteer work...maybe working with people with more extreme problems would help you get your mind off your own worries.

I'm with Pasta. do something to make you feel good that is worthy. give blood, do some charity work, even have a good clear out and send some stuff to a charity shop.

it is important to get some exercise. blow the cobwebs away with a good walk. it won't make your problems go away but it's a distraction, it's good for you and I'm sure there are some feel good hormones that get pumping.. heaven only knows what they are :o)

Just bumped into this Whitebear am crying most nights as i lost my darling after 34 years a month ago. But that doesnt mean to say youhave to have a reason. I put on a face too and can get wearying when people tell you how brave you are. Seek help if you need it , I am of to doctor tomorrow.
Lots of love
Mamya xxz

I cry every single day-have done for 13mths- -sometimes several times a day -but I still maintain a reasonable lifestyle.Thats crucial -not to hide your tears but manage them -mine are going to be with me forever but I am learning how to cope with them.
