have fully copmrehensive car insurence and have done for almost a year but i was driving my farthers car in huddersfield and got stoped as his insurence had not cleared on the database so its was showing none, so i was poduced however it has come to my attention that although im copmrehensive it does'nt mean you can drive any other car, this is my fault for not checking my policy i know, but what is likley to happen when i appear in court i have no driving ofenses or points .
I thought that if you had fully comprehensive insurance, that meant you could drive another car but only under third party cover. I've never read the small print either. I don't know what will happen to you Kristel, but I hope all goes well in court.
