Think its the dentist for you!
I agree with Puddicat. Your dentist should be able to sort this out for you so its pluck up the courage time for you I'm afraid ;-)
Could these black marks be your fillings showing through?
NOthing works as well as going to the dentist for a good clean. And I don't mean an NHS quick scrub. For 35 you can ask for the private dentist (usually is one in most practices) and they will do an AMAZING job. It is totally worth the money.
hi

do you use mouthwash? especially Cordosol. That can cause bad staining on teeth. I had really bad staining on my teeth. I had to use Cordosol mouthwash along with antibiotics when I had a gum infection. I continued to used the mouthwash, bottle after bottle after the infection cleared. My teeth were getting darker and darker. Nothing worked for me. T

I told my dentist and he asked if i was still using the mouthwash. He polished my teeth and told me to stop using the mothwash and i've not had bother since

I also use about half a spoon of bacarbonate of soda mixed with a pinch of salt and cider vinager once a week and my teeth feel sooo clean

Also, I drink black tea and red wine which also stain teeth.
