To sleep!!!!!!!!!
I'm burning up!Just had a cold shower and have a cold drink but am to hot! Window is open as well!
Been like this for the past week - wake up all night sweating and uncomfortable. Cant remember when i had an undisturbed nights sleep!
Help!!!!!

its not that hot here either...amd its raining and a breeze but NOTHING seems to be cooling me down!
Thought it may be sun burn as i burnt my shoulders but have put cold after sun on...

SUNSTROKE

This is a type of radiation sickness, caused by ultra violet light. Symptoms are typically headache, dizziness, a raised temperature (fever), and vomiting.

DONT have a cold shower. your internal body temperature compensates for this and tries to warm you...it thinks you are being assailed by freezing water and must prrotect your internal organs from the cold. chattering teeth and shivvering create energy (somehow this transfers to heat) have a luke warm / body temperature shower instead and try not to fidget.

Don't have a cold drink, have a hot drink, you have to fool your brain into thinking it is hot so then it will cool you down.

Hi puss its 77 degrees here now and was roasting alll day at one stage was 85 in shop.
