I woke up this morning with a nasty headache, so after breakfast headed out for a bit of pampering. I had a leg wax, pedicure and toenail paint, full head, temple and back massage and shampoo and blowdry.
Cost - about �8.50; value - unbelievable - headache gone, mood great, ready to face work.

Woke up this morning, headache, no breakfast but had 2 aspirin from a pack of 16.

Cost - about 24 pence; value - unbelievable - headache gone, in a fine mood and in work.
