No.

But it would be the most foolish thing to do.
For god's sake use some protection if you're going to have sex!!! Not just to prevent pregnancy, but sexually transmitted diseases. Are you in UK or US?
I just answered your question in the pregnancy section.
Yes he'd be prosecuted for statutory rape and possibly jailed.

Are you asking because you want to get pregnant?
Or are you actually some werido bloke that posts on forums pretending to be a vulnerable mixed up chick?
Ah the internet, a place where men are men, women are men and little girls are MI5 agents.
Yes. Or Young Offenders Institute. Either way, the law considers that you are too young to be having sex. Here is a report which is interesting:

You should be aware that at this age, your boyfriend will be thinking only with his loins, and you will be having sex in order to please and keep him. This is not how it is supposed to be, but you won't realise this until you are old enough to actually have sex legally!
I think there's a bit of knee-jerking here. Your boyfriend would technically be guilty of rape, because as a minor you cannot be deemed to have consented. Depending on your and your parents' reaction to the situation and your boyfriend's attitude, he'd be unlikely to go to jail. If he were to deny all responsibility, for instance, if you really did feel you were coerced into sex or if your parents wanted the full weight of the weight of the law brought into force, then yes, jail is a possible punishment. On the other hand, if you were all 'grown-up' about it, all parents and boyfriend supportive and responsible, then the law is likely to be a little more lenient with him. I doubt he'd get away scot-free, however.
p.s please note that you don't have to get pregnant to be breaking the law. Just having sex is enough.
Just a quick legal point. Your boyfriend could not be charged with statutory rape as you are over 13. To be charged with rape the prosecution would have to prove that you did not consent to intercourse. Under 13s cannot give such consent and then statutory rape can be charged, even if the girl said she agreed to have sex.

Your boyfriend can be charged with unlawful sexual intercourse but this is unlikely. The CPS these days feel it is too much bother to prosecute in such cases where the ages of the two participants is (as in your case) quite close.
