no,cus when i was younger(bout 20) my mum said if i cut them off they would grow back thicker .i did, they didnt,and i looked like a freak ,thanks mum

so... if shave the hair of your eyelids, you cant shut them? so what happens if you shave off hair in another region of yr body?
