that is what I have had,and it is gonna get worse. Spent part of my day off in a works meeting, which ended with our young and very aproachable manager saying she was leaving-immediately. She has been on the side of the employees since she started 3 months ago...we are part of a group that is owned by mickey mouse owners .....anything to save a penny or a pound-and this is in the care industry. The builders on the other home have been sent home for lack of money, and we have a meeting with the owner tomorrow-more bad news I am sure....and I have a Health&Safety kitchen inspection on Monday.....,we all feel so p****d off. So now I have the headache from hell....aaarrrrggghhhh!!...i want to take it out on someone,and I can't-----help!!........so sorry for ranting.

awww pasta, that sounds like a stressful day for anyone that

you rant away pasta, we are all ears (well, eyes)

Have to agree with skyep.
Bang out of order and if the Builders were sent home due to cash flow problems, then the inspection may not go ahead on Monday.
Sounds a bit bleak.
Still, that appears to be the way the private Care Sector is going. Anyone can own those homes now.

Sorry you've had a bad day, mine was quite good, I almost succeeded in making three bratty kids cry who were running riot round the store.

Grab the wine, get a bath- an forget about tomorrow till....well tomorrow :-)

Cruella------these people(they bought our home in Oct) have taken on 3 places and put into practice major refurbishments on all 3....and nothing gets finished.
