Judging by what I just read here I would advise anyone to avoid them, they contain some pretty strong ingredients and even the site selling them warn you must be in good health before you take them!

Stackers are absolutely fine

unless

1) You want a heart rate that will go dangerous high

2) You want to push your blood pressure to near death

3) You want to have sleppless nights

4) You want to complicate your blood sugars levels

5) You want mood swings

6) You want your pee to smell like sugar puffs

7) You want to risk death when all you need is to cut back on some calories and start an exercise regime.

Apart from that they are fantastic.
I clicked on Daffy's link and read Abdulmajid's comments. Sounds like heavy duty stuff that you should avoid.

Fatburners is a word that I like though - take a pill and watch your big, fat belly vanish. Sounds good to me!
