that would be great if I didnt already have a man that loves the extra curves so your comment wasnt that encouraging he would have planted slimfast in the cupboard as a gentle hint by now.....
I Dont know if I should mention other sites on here, but try sparkpeople.com it is very helpful.
I've just seen something called a Pink Patch on the web - sorry no link - it claims to suppress the appetite, but I haven't tried it.

I find drinking plenty of water helps & try leaving the table to do something else for a while. The brain takes up to 20 mins to register that your stomach is full.
Exercise also gives you the 'feel good' factor so you're less inclined to overeat.
The previous answer may have seemed unkind but I think he was hinting at feeling motivated enough to lose weight - it has to come from you. Good luck!!

who knows ! maybe it does work
Unless there's a medical reason for being overweight, there's only one proper way to lose any excess and keep it off - a good healthy diet, with exercise. Slimming aids are usually only temporary measures, and although I can't speak for lipobind, I can't see how on earth it'd be good for the body. It'd be interesting to see how well these things DO work for people, and if they can maintain any lower weight for 6 months. Kathy might be right about the water, as it'll give you a full-up feeling if you drink enough, but try starting the day with a slow-release carbohydrate breakfast such as porridge, & eat a kiwi fruit instead of grapes, for example. High sugar intakes are as bad as eating fatty foods for adding weight. Good luck - x.

thanks tonyted no offence was taken I'm thick skinned in both senses of the word .I do have an underactive thyroid which make matters worse thanx everyone for your comments.
well this isn't a natural appetite supressant but I take something called thermolean which gives you energy and stops you wanting to eat. Along with lots of exercise I have been taking this for a while and in 4 weeks I have lost a stone and now weigh 10 stone.
What about drink cider vinegar before meals??

Will that help!! Read about it on the net.
Only will power will stop you craving food. I am quite strict with what I eat. I eat breakfast usually hot oat cereal, banana for a mid morning snack, lunch something like a cheese sandwich and a large meal in the evening of my choice. I never touch chocolate, crisps or biscuits. I occasionally eat the odd cake but not too often. I drink tea with saccharin. I am an ideal weight for my height.

I used to eat rubbish i.e chocolate & crisps and was a stone overweight. Since I made a decision to cut these out of my diet 3 years ago I have not had a weight problem.

I don't know what you eat but if you eat the above they are empty calories and do not fill you. You need to eat carbohydrates to keep you full for longer.
