No, its a bit more deep seated than that. I have been well and truly put through the wringer....but I have been researching it lots and most of the things i read have worried me....

I think bringing new experiences into your life and busying yourself with family and friends is the only way to move on.

Recognising and celebrating your survival from a bad relationship is important as well because its easy to remember the good things and blank out the bad. Whenever you feel down talk to someone or post on here, in time you will move on.

it is important not to dwell on the past, you are missing out on the future!
