I have 2 and a half months to get seriously drop dead stunning

I have been given the chance of a lifetime, an all expenses paid trip to London & Paris with a friend from Canada. She's a former model & absolutely stunning for 40. I want to shine too, I need to shift some weight, get a lot fitter & generally need a complete overhaul - any ideas?? I have until the end of April to tranform myself into a glamour babe, who will glow when in paris!!

True. There is a whole article in the Constitution about it. For years I thought daylight was a myth....
Fortunately, where I live the national motto is Liberty, Equality, Obesity.
A lot of it is about confidence, being happy with yourself so you have that glow.

How about swimming for toning and fitness and some pilates which can give you back great posture.

Eat healthy, lots of water (will do wonders for your skin) and fresh air, go out for some nice long walks.

Why not have some pampering beforehand, facial, eyebrow wax and shape, manicure and pedicure, maybe some acryllic nails. Maybe even a decent spray tan.

You could go for a make-up lesson or freshen up, try department stores or local beauticians. Maybe get a new hair do.

If you want a wardrobe overhaul many places now have personal shopper facilities. Make sure you are wearing the right clothes for your figure so whatever shape or size you are it's fitted and flattering.

Do you keep fit usually? I did Body Pump and noticed a dramatic change in my figure, although i didn't lose any weight I dropped nearly 2 dress sizes. Also, drink lots of water and plenty of fresh frut and veg, if you don't already. Exfoliate regularly, cleanse, tone and moisturise daily and trim your nails down regularly. Have a good hair cut or restyleor colour.
ok, start NOW!!! get yourself a yoga video, do it 3 x a week, get your hair cut/coloured, get a spray tan, & use dove summer glow a couple of times a week ( a tan makes you look slimmer) get into a habit of giving yourself a pamper every week, i got the essential yogalates dvd at the beginning of jan and I've lost 7lbs, it's not even hard work, just shut the curtains & lock the door, no-body can see you!! obviously you have to eat healthy(don't go on a mad diet) just basically start looking after yourself, you don't need to go to a salon, just do it in the privacy of your own home.. let me know how you get on xx
