Is there any way or website in which you can find out who is living at a certain address? 192.com will do it the other way round- find the address of a named person.. I'm sure there was a site where you could do this.

electoral rolls at your library may do it, but I don't know of websites that do reverse searches

Reverse searches are illegal in the UK - so it can't be done except by electoral roll at the library and council house or through the Land Registry if the occupants are home owners.

i cant rem the name of it but there definately was a site where you could see who lives in a house because i rem looking at a list of who lived in each house of the road i live in.
