Hi All
I have a shoulder athriscopic done 4 years ago due to reoccurent dislocation, so far (touch wood) apart from pain at times ive been oK.
Has anyone has this process and do they know succes rate? Reason I ask is im also worried that should my shoulder go and I need an operation I woul dbe asked to step out of my management role, only been in role 18 months.
Any advice/help would mean a lot
