i have been signed off work until tuesday but want to start back tomorrow sunday.Can i do that or must i get doctors note

I believe the doctor must give you the ok before you go back to work.

The doctor has signed you off til then for areson. Going back early, even if you feel better, may make you poorly all over again and you will be back to be signed off. Enjoy the time off and look after yourself.
