Was going to try st johns wort for mild depression, but i was also looking for a Valerian supplement to help me sleep as i really struggle to get some rest as i normally work nighshift, do any abers think that mixing the two will have any problems thanks!
Doubtful, as they are so mild they are generally considered to have a placebo-esque effect, rather than a medical one. I do know you shouldn't take too many vitamin B suppliments though, as that can actually make you catatonic...
