Can anyone name this video/artist?

On E4 Gets Sexy earlier today there was a video, I missed the artist/song, and I've never seen it before. It was a single guy singing, he looked a lot like Patrick Wolf but with longer, dark wavy hair. The only bit of lyric I can remember is "you're lucky I'm not a killer". There were many male dancers, all wearing black eye masks/make up, they were hitting other dancers who were wearing lit lampshades on their heads. Later in the video a single girl ballet dancer appeared on a stage, also wearing a black eye mask. Hope that's enough info for someone to name the song/artist! Many thanks.
