Whenever i get nervous my hands start to shake, sometimes if its really bad my head will shake too and the thought of it makes me worse till i feel like i could faint. This isn't an everyday thing but it happens when i have job interviews, arguments etc. Are there any tecniques, books etc that can help me to stop doing this?

It could be one of a number of things, obviously linked to your anxiety levels, Go to the docs for a referral to a Neurologist.
Hi.Just ask your doctor for beta blockers ,that will stop it
sounds like you're having panic attacks, yes you could go to the doctors for beta blockers which will help in the short term, but your GP may suggest cognitive behaviour therapy, its not for everyone, but it does help a lot of people face their fears, good luck
