I was visiting my Husband in hospital the other night. Every patient, all but one, was recovering from major surgery and or chemotherapy.
This younger lad who was in the next bed was given good news by the Doctor that all he had wrong with him was a UTI and was prescribed antibiotics. Told he could go home right away.
He then whimpered to the Doctor "Could you keep me in another night, as I have a very boisterous one year old at home aand I just could not cope with the youngster and the illness" The Doctor agreed to him staying one more night.
Every other patient who could barely walk was champing at the bit to get home.
Is this a Man thing or what! lol.

Hello cruella , first of all love , how is your hubby today , I wish you both all the best . :-) xxx
Now I think that young man had a cheek taking up that bed among really ill people once he was told it was a uti .. You would have thought he would be wanting to go home quickly.

We are both fine bimamma, thanks.
No, he just did not want to go home. Even asked a Nurse to accompany him to the bathroom in case he passed out with the pain.
Not for laughing at, but how much of a wimp is he? lol I could not stop laughing!
Defo a man thing lol. I can't believe the hospital let him stay in another night for that reason, the good old NHS eh!
Not stopping, just passing through, just wanted to say hi to you cruella, glad things are still ok (wrong word, but you know what I mean!) with you and Mr Cruella xxxxx
