I'd like to know if any of the shop moisturisers are really any good for your skin. If I just put something natural and simple like olive oil on my face will it really be any worse?

olive oil is actually better for you .
*Gasp* What would Pop-Eye say.
olive oil is not good if you tend to have greasy skin, although it is good if you have very dry or flaky skin. What do you want the moisuriser to do for you? As there are so many different ones and they are all for different things, you can even get moisurisers for oily skin which dry it out
lynz "it is good if you have very dry or flaky skin. " Glad to see we agree sweetcheeks !

Thanks for the answers. I just want something simple and natural to put on my skin, which tends to be a bit dry. I am so fed up with wasting money on different products which just don't work. Plus most of them are full of all kinds of chemicals like parabens which I don't want to put on my skin.
Aye, I have dry skin. Its really annoying, I use this thing called Cetrimede, its for cuts/grazes really but it works well and clears your skin. good luck
