So you got cautioned for being drunk.

Your point is what exactly? By accepting the caution you have admitted your guilty.
you were cautioned for being drunk not dressing like you were.

i dont suppose you were cautioned for wearing a miniskirt were you?
therefore you can dress like that if you want and unless you weren't drunk it's not a wrongful caution. They probably just remarked on it causeyou either looked a state, or for your safety in the future (i.e. there are people out there who still think that drunk girls in skimpy clothes are "asking for it")
??????????????????????????????????????????????
lmao.x
no not at all, I wear trousers sometimes
What did they say about how you were dressed,? got nothing to do with them, if it was something they said that upset you complain about it,
I take it back then. There are probably even more people who think that blokes dressed as the above deserve a bashing. It would depend on how you looked also. - if you are a burly bloke with a beard dressed like that, even i would probably pass comment
lol, you a bloke,? well maybe it is the fact you are then eh. very funny
hey I wear trousers and they never comment
it'd be a brave cop who commented on your trousers unless he had the whole anti-terror squad behind him. Hey, don't tell me 4get is back in the dungeon? Can't have been her clothing that was behind this?
Was it the Bounty ( kitchen roll) birds annual office drinkies ... perhaps he wanted a date.
Agree with Raysparx - issuing a caution for being drunk and disorderly is one thing, but they have no right to question what you choose to wear, just as long as you're not causing unreasonable offence.

What you say you were wearing (and what thousands of other girls wear every Saturday night) would be, in my opinion, tacky and cheap-looking, but you have a perfect right to wear it for a night out in the UK if that's your choice.
Oop! I just read your second post. Even so, I still say you have a right to wear whatever you like as long as it's legal. I certainly wouldn't be offended by it.
