Why not?
I'm not sure they do, in anything like the number that white... pink... bright red people do. I guess they enjoy being on the beach, with the sand between their toes, fresh air and warm seawater, as much as anyone else. But just lying out in order to change colour... well, no.

They do get burnt.
To soak up the rays like everyone else, relax with a good book, in the pool or the sea etc etc. I can burn, so use sunscreen and believe it or not friends & family notice a healthy glow just the same. Maybe its hols to the North Pole from now on then. I am mixed race though so maybe that doesn't count lol!
I used to know a black man whose skin colour was really dark but when he came back off a holiday to St Lucia you could see where he'd tanned (he showed me the tan line where his shorts had been).
Obvious risks aside, exposure to sunlight has more benefits than just getting a tan.
As Octavius says, the sun, in sensible doses, is good for all of us, and it's not just white-skinned people who enjoy sitting out in it. Sunshine also enables the skin to make a certain vitamin (not sure whether it's C or D).
its vitamin D
