Period but 5 days after spottin now its like a period

Whats wrong wid me? I had my normal period27th july till 2nd aug. On the 5th aug durin the day i started spotting on 6th aug it started looking more red like a period. Then today when i woke up was nothing till i went toliet and wiped myself it was brown then wiped again and it was more bloody(red). Never had anything like this before. Also every now and then i get a twinge up the middel of my lower part of my belly. Its not like the bad period pains i suffer with. Can anyone help me? is this normal?
