Sorry just to clarify: I meant that is baking soda a safer alternative than whitening toothpaste?
i have used baking soda (bi-carb) to brush my old toothy-pegs many a time. In fact, come to think, Richard and Judy did an item on teeth whitening oo their show a while ago. Comparing different methods to get the pearly-whites of which we all dream. One of their guinea-pigs brushed their teeth with baking soda for a week or so. Is a very good natural cleanser. So as far as i can see it is fine to use. Enamel Very hard....
