If you dont drink enough water it isnt going to happen. Hydration is the key to good skin. You need to exfoliate well and use a good moisturiser. Clinique is excellent. Very stingy to begin with but will sort your skin in no time. Outlay seems expensive but will probs cost you about 30 quid a month.

Even squash will help.
You may have sensitive skin which is flaring up because of strong products.
I have got quite good skin but occasionally get dry patches. i use Swiss formula mild or Superdrugs Vitamin E exfolient once a week ,never use soap and water and use cleansing wipes, S'drugs cheapie ones for sensitive skin are great. I don't like water either but drink lots of tea and eat loads of veggies and fruit. Try to cut down on sugary things, better for your skin and your waist! Persevere with any new skincare regime it may take a couple of weeks to notice a difference. Good luck!
hi i had that prob n i hate water to, i use bio oil in day n little bit at night, then after i apply blemish drying lotion, works a treat in no time at all. also use a witch hazel moisturiser soap.
Lush do a face scrub called 'angels on bare faces' - I used it when i got really spotty about 6 months ago and within a week my face had cleared up. maybe worth a try?! x
its the most popular thing to say but if you cleanse and tone every day and night your skin will become clearer as the pores get clogged up during the day due to being out and about. If you cleanse and tone daily you will see an improvement as your constantly clearing the dirt from the pores and not making it able to get trapped in

those answers are wicked...thanks guys!!!xxxx
Sudocrem. I swear by it. I haven't had a spot in months (I bet I've jinxed myself now!): as soon as I can feel one coming, I plaster the area in Sudocrem before bed (and rub it in really well under my make-up during the day). If you're like me, you'll end up with it in your hair and your mouth when you wake up, but it's worth it! :o)

You must try and drink water, too, though, even if it's with squash. :o)
