Why is it that just before, and during, my period my brain turns to mush? Even the most simple of tasks can turn into a disaster and I drop things, it's like I forget they're in my hand.
Does anyone else go through this?

I'm like that all the time. Just before my period I'm even worse!!
Hi Miffi63, you are probably lot younger than me but when I was on the change and after the change when my time of the month would have been due I would go like that and still do.I can go to town and can't think what I have gone for and I come back with nothing just can't concentrate. When I was pregnant I couldn't go in a lift or escalater or walk up a street with high buildings either side. And men say woman have it easy ha----LOL
oh totally and my mum and sister are the same, but not as bad. believe or not i actually forget which foot goes next when running up the stairs!! my words come out all jumbled aswell, i do find it quite funny though

Nice to know that I'm not alone, I can be a bit ditsy at the best of times! I work in a post office and at that time of the month I can't get sentences out without tying my tongue in knots and as for numbers - well, we won't even go there...
think its something to do with hormonal changes! I walk into walls and doors mainly!
