Hi, Can anyone recommend an exercise that works (and even better, works quickly) to tone the inner thighs and lift the bottom.
Going on holiday sooner than expected!!

Yeah do plenty of squats they will do the trick, or invest in a Lateral thigh trainer it worked for me, ive even bought a cross trainer now so everywhere is toned now just my bottom and thighs.
