Why?.............
apparently not!! My chiropractor used to do it to my neck, and that bloody hurts, and my physio used to do it to my back, the crack you hear is just a pocket of gas escaping, so I'm told.

I don't do the neck cracking thing anymore, I think he was just a sadistic barsteward!!
No..that is just something your nan/mum used to tell you to try and stop you doing such an annoying thing!
christ hope not, ive been doing that since i was 7
and the knees toes ankles elbows anything with a joint i will crack it, drives people to distraction heheheheh

I do it a lot cos it makes me feel good when Im stretching. I am double-jointed though. I wonder if it has something to do with all the cracking.
So what do you called double jointed?
no one has double joints, does it just mean you are flexible?

my doctor told me I am double jointed because of the way I was bending my fingers. No idea.
